Understood & good to know but have you ever called them for a quote as a resident? Its a process within itself. But we are not supposed to put trash out on the curb before certain times or is that only for normal garbage?

The city ordinance provides a 12 hour window before and 12 hours after the normal pickup time for placement at the curb and removal of cans, respectively. For bulky items, furniture, appliances, etc., they will normally have to send a secondary truck so the items may be at the curb over an additional pick up day, but usually not more than a week. If citizens have issues with IESI, they may report it to Code Enforcement for follow up.

The furniture has been removed and Code Enforcement has sent a high grass violation letter to the property owner.
