Description

A large percentage of the Parkmobile (pay by phone) stickers on meters surrounding this address have been either removed/torn off or covered over by other official stickers. Is it the Division's policy to hinder usage this service in order to increase citation revenue? While removal could, I suppose, be vandalism, covering over stickers with other official stickers surely reflects the work of City personnel.
