Description
Went in to pick up my coffee after selecting "in café pick-up." An empty cup with my name on it was at the pick up shelf along with other coffee order cups.
Customers were expected to self serve their coffee from a communal coffee carafe station. No sanitizing between uses. I observed half a dozen or so customers use the coffee station pumps prior to my fill up. No staff member was present to monitor or disinfectant the station. It was crowded and customers were not distanced in any way. I think most were confused by the self service coffee station.
Please educate the PIC and management that per the MA reopening standards:
Self-serve, unattended buffets, topping bars, drink stations, and other communal serving areas must remain closed.
