There is a very nice old man that lives in number 26 but the cats are taking over the area and the old man throws out whole animals for the cats to feed on in the back yard where kids are always playing and this has got to be a health violation there is rotting meat all over the place along with bones from the ones they did eat the health department has been called many times before I am told but nothing has been done there has got to be a way to make this guy stop and the landlord clean up or at least take notice of what is going on within his property. And the old man comes out once in a great while to make an effort to clean up and throws the bones in the peoples yard that lives behind the complex
