This property has been vacant since the summer. The owners haven't been maintaining the sidewalks and with the recent storm they are completely impassible.

The Public Works Department has addressed this issue and the issue has been closed.

Is this a homeowner association issue? The problem is still occurring as sidewalk is snow and ice covered.

Patton Township Staff has coordinated with the Developer on the areas where the HOA is responsible for maintenance in the open space areas.
