E. Roosevelt Ave, Front Street, North Ave, and South Ave are all maintained by NCDOT, including the traffic signal. We will forward your complaint to them for review. Permanent devices are likely not be installed here due to the space constraints and ability for large trucks to be able to maneuver the area.
Additionally, at-grade railroad crossings, specifically with the two adjacent intersections, are much more unsafe than the grade separation and would cause significant congestion to the surrounding network when a train is passing.
