Description
The right turn arrow while heading EAST on Central Row is out. In the mornings, when traffic turns one way, it is very confusing because the red light above it works - but the green right turn arrow that is supposed to appear below it doesn't work.

6:30 to 9:30. It does not operate on the weekends, that is why it wasn't working. PWI will stop by tomorrow and check to be sure it is working. We couldn't reach the light until Friday after the snow was removed
