Description
Heading East on Susie Wilson Bypass (from Rte 2A to Rte 15) the speed limit is 40 mph through the intersection with Kellogg and Old Susie Wilson/Blair Rd intersection. This section of road Susie Wilson Bypass is coming out of a dip and has a curve plus there is a dedicated right turn off Kellogg Rd onto Susie Wilson Rd. The speed limit going the other direction (Rte 15 to Rte 2A) is 35 mph until well past this intersection when it changes to 40 mph. 35 mph seems to be a more reasonable speed then 40 mph. Changing the speed to 35 mph on Susie Wilson Bypass where the current speed limit sign reads 40 as you come out of the dip approaching Kellogg Rd would be safer.

Thank you. I've seen the sign.
But I still think the 40 mph speed thru that intersection with all the turning movements, curve in the road, and change in grade, is excessive. 35 mph would be a much safer speed.
