I am curious who this is directed? Is the concept to force the city to start putting in traffic calming down measures down Cedar? With the repaving I have been trying to get the city / county to restripe the road with a white shoulder line to try to prevent passing make it save to park our cars on the street, get a double yellow instead of the single dotted yellow it was, and fix the crossing at the bike blvd as many people are turning here illegally. four way stop sign is my concept.
