tree is leaning even more since the last storm. it's blocking the right hand shoulder of the roadway. i had to stop in front of it today in order to avoid being clipped by the truck which was following behind me. damage to the limbs suggests it's been hit by multiple vehicles. also, i believe this is a private tree, not a street tree managed by fairmount park. please escalate.

tree still sitting in the roadway, partially blocking sidewalk. now that it's been hit and beat down by countless cars, it blocks the sightlines in/out of the a-plus parking lot.

this dangerous area is even more dangerous. i was nearly hit by a car pulling out of the a-plus today.

can we get a status update from fairmount park? i'm going to guess this isn't technically a street tree.

Philly311, This issue can can be closed as the tree has been trimmed well off the sidewalk. Thanks to the new property owners for working hard to clean up the property on rittenhouse and harvey.
