This email type of communication has been not user friendly I just figured this all out today and of course public works was suppose to stop by today and I missed them. Can we please reschedule ASAP before I start to refill it with daily usage please and thank you. I apologize for not understanding this system of communication

place barrel at curb till repaired. should be there Friday.
