not only do folks speed through this area..but there are folks traveling northbound on Cesar Chavez, then making an illegal left turn into the charter school parking lot, risking not only the traffic trailing these vehicles, but the southbound drivers as well who are forced to yield to those drivers making an illegal turn into the school parking lot.
