Description
It's just trash all over the place in front of 715 Chimborazo Blvd and it has been there for days if not weeks. It is disgusting and overflowing. The trash cans should be in the alley where trash pick-up occurs, not out front.

Oh, and by the way - the city does not appear to have any effective means of tracking the city issued trash cans. It's not at all clear which goes with which building or apartment. In a perfect world, all of them would be tagged and chipped and digitally tracked, that way the people who are causing the problems could be found out.
Finally, if the cans are put out after requesting an extra pickup/bulk collection, whatever, the city often seems to take longer to come get it then if they just waited till trash day, despite the fact that one has contacted them and been assured it will be removed promptly.
Point is, subpar city services are also a significant part of the problem.
