Obviously I am the only person posting on this, but still hoping SOMEONE gets the message.

Still not fixed, still a safety concern and still wrecking the hell out of suspensions/tires/wheels.

I submitted a complaint about this to the state pothole website and actually got back an email saying they were going to fix this....during the spring. That was two weeks ago....I guess we will see if it gets fixed.

Still not fixed.

Yet another month has gone by. PENNDOT has said they were going to at least put a temporary fix in place but NOTHING so far. Its very dangerous!

6/30/10 I finally got tired of waiting and called allegheny county and spoke to the person in charge of maintenance. Nice enough fellow. But not really much good news. He says they know its an issue but that is is more complicated than just shaving down this safety hazard. He agrees its bad but that it will take a while to get fixed. So i guess someone has to wreck or die due to this issue for it to be given priority. Not pleased, considering how may other projects are going on (all at once no less)..... I wish the big wigs who make these decisions had to travel this mess every day.

Well, the speed bump is gone! Looks like all they did was grind it down.......not sure why they couldnt have done this before....but glad they did...finally. Not exactly smooth, still, but better than a giant speed bump!

They had fixed the end I was complaining about, but now the opposite end has heaved and caused a similar problem so I am leaving this open. i cannot figure out why our state cannot get this stuff right....i travel a lot and honestly I dont see this kind of stuff and I am talking about places like new york and NJ...they get as much bad weather as we do......maybe our state just doesnt care?

Well, the bridge has been being worked on now for weeks.....hopefully this will solve the issue....it has only taken almost 3 years....lol

The Dairy Queen side was worked on this fall and it is pretty good now. The Kennywood side still seems to have an issue but over all, better than it was.

Its all fixed....the kennywood side is still a little "whoopsy", but a big improvement over what it was. Thanks Penndot!
