Why does it say Hamden?

Is that other issue on Arch Street in New Haven or Hamden...Ben.....???

It's so easy to blame Google....just like people blame the City.....(lol)

Great photos...clear as day!!!!

The owners will be out there cleaning this week. There are aware of the situation. They have been advised to take swift action or face a blight fine.
