Description

The traffic light for both streets now blinks red. The cars on Pleasant Street ARE NOT STOPPING, but driving straight through. Perhaps Stop Signs would alert drivers on Pleasant Street that they ARE NOW supposed to STOP at this intersection! Previously they had a yellow blinking light. It is a very dangerous intersection.
