no this place has not yet been touched,these trailers out here really do look bad.and these people pay,335.00 a month to live here,there is a nother trailer park right down the street from them called woodville gardens and they pay 306.00 a month and have a big pool.playground for the children its really nice,but it is kinda filled up.my point is they pay less lot rent then these people do.and have more then these people do.green acres really needes to be looked at. and where is all the money giong ?????? and why isnt this park nice'r or at least some what better.dan it gets more money.i would check that out all so if i were you,but i dont have the ways or means to.there might be money laundering going on with the management.please help these people alot of them are on a fixed income disability,and cant afford to move there trailers. thank you's so much for helping these nice peolpe whom live there.

no problem hasnt been fixed,in fact they havent even fixed the pool as promiced and here it is summer,we have no where eles to go.

bad trailers are still in the park the mantains men chester and bill are lazy i see them all the time standing around chesters house just talking and now chester the maintance man has let a petafile move in with him in lot #3 this guy is known to go after children but chester let him move in with himwhat is this world comen too.i bet the office manager doesnt know that hobert clark is liven with chester cadill in lot #3.

we are paying for a pool that they covered up in dirt this september ,we are paying $335.00 for lot rent witch includes a pool. they are in breach of there contracked please help us we all ready went thru enough.help us if we dont have the pool then to lower our rent sence it was included in our rent.please thank you.

now afteri reported that they filled in our pool with dirt,the new manager decided to put in water meters.ive lived here 4 years now and not one time have i swimed in that pool i was promiced it would be fixed in 2009 when i first came here,and i was paying in my rent for that pool.here it is 2013 and they covered it with dirt,why did i pay extra in my rent for 4 tears for this pool,i was promiced in 2009,then again in 2010,then again in 2011.and in 2012.they just filled in in with dirt this past summer,i feel like i was taken for my money i had a pool pass to go to it but it was always brok down,please look into this for we the people of green acres mobile park feel like we were played for our money again just like lenny holbrok took us ,we dont need this again please,they shoud lower or rent,we all paid for this pool.and never got to use it,and we never got a paper stateing they were going to fill it in with dirt,we the people want our money back.or have them pay for the water and water meters that thwy are puting in .please please please help us.we are being taken again. sinned the people of green acres mobile park 6074 deerfield rd loveland ohio 45140,
