There is an accumulation of thick ice on my sidewalk and driveway and I cannot leave my home. I also cannot exit my back door due to the accumulation of snow.

I need assistance in removing ice and snow from my driveway and back door. I am 68 yrs old and had back surgery and unable to lift heavy objects.
