Why bother- semi enforcement does not work.
this city is a joke- I went through two neighborhoods where cars are still under snow on the odd side of the street and not even a ticket- I watched plows this morning go AROUND cars still on odd side.

Blaming "winter in New England" is the hugest BS excuse there could be.
If it is winter in New England, there's been ample time to have plans IN PLACE for it.

More winters will be coming and we need a consistent, transparent Director of TT&P.
The BOA and the Mayor NEED to look very close at these inconsistent enforcements of City ordinances.
I was wrong in naming Travers as the culprit. It is a new appointee who's obviously ill-suited for the position.
PLEASE look into this debacle Mr Perez and Mayor Harp.
