It's been parked there since at least Saturday & it is difficult to get around the roundabout - especially when driving a larger vehicle, delivery truck, UPS, etc. The truck parks there constantly, and now it has the trailer on it.

But aren't vehicles supposed to be moved every 48 hours? And - it's parked in such a manner that it's a hazard to get around when going through the roundabout - shouldn't it at least be parked in front of the owner's residence instead of hindering the traffic??
