This seems to be a huge problem around harvard vanguard, Spaulding, and now apparently Cambridge city. Cigarette butts all over side streets and main roads surrounding the hospitals. It’s gross. I wish this whole neighborhood was a no smoking zone.

I haven't seen any evidence that this was ever addressed. I'd like to point out that most hospitals do not allow smoking on grounds. I'm not sure why CHA allows its employees to smoke in front of the kids' bus stop.
