The trash has been removed and a management company was hired to prevent the issue from re-occurring. Smell was coming from a drainage problem which has been resolved.

This issue is still going on today. The lady on the first floor now has a lot of trash on the side of the house as well as an old car and old washer and dryer that was brought out yesterday when no one was looking. We are tired of cleaningup their mess. I place is falling apart because there is no landlord or owner so they are selling drugs on the third floor and throwing Junk out the first. This has been going on year after year. What can be done about this situation?

I have asked the tenant to remove the car from the driveway(it is a working vehicle) and the bit of garbage will also be removed. There is no drugs dealt in any unit, if you see it, then call the cops!

Unfortunatly the car that has been sitting there over a year is still there and the trash on the side of the house is still there.
