Description

71 potassic street on the corner of atwater st. All along the fence line is washing away. The blacktop is Caving in and creating a serious Issue and safety concern. People have actually tripped while walking their dogs. It has been like this for the last 4 years and it's getting worse. The water washes Underneath the blacktop out and it caves in. Thank you for your time.
