The area around Encinal Beach has lots of dogs who enjoy walking there. There are few garbage cans or mutt mitts so that responsible dog owners can manage waste. I spoke with someone at ERPD about this issue and he said they were working on it in the area ERPD is responsible for but The City is responsible for part of that park. Can the city get garbage cans and mutt mitts out to help keep the park tidy?
