Description

manhole cover rattles. the manhole is across from the righthand side driveway at this home. Creates a loud thudding noise. could you please tighten?
also it is a little sunken. Was reported on 2/26/2021. caller called again that it was not fixed all the way. the edge of the manhole that is closer to the double yellow line is not fully flush. Please inspect might need extra sticky rope. still rattles.
