Is there an update on this?

This house has been burned for years instead of months. The house that is for sale next to it will have a hard time selling.

The house next door is currently under contract, one more reason this burnt house needs to be taken care of sooner rather than later.

This issue does not come under the scope of services provided by Macon Bibb County. The issue will be closed on See Click Fix since no further action is required by Customer Service. Inspector E. Yarbrough advised that the house at 1057 Boulevard did not have any violations.

Inspector has completed a site visit; no citable violations were found based on the code of ordinances.

You have to be kidding. How can a burnt out house have no citable violations. I didn’t send this in but I will be forwarding this to the Mayor

Address is 1045 Boulevard. Fire was November 2, 2016. Mayor Luther Williams built and died in the house.

The homeowner had insurance and should have had this house demolished as part of their claim! It has been standing burned for nearly 5 years! It was a very historic house in our neighborhood and now is as much an eyesore to our area as a blight house or a dumping ground would be!

The house is now being worked on. Suggest item be closed.
