The sidewalk is the responsibility of the adjacent property owner. Your request for curb and gutter replacement has been received. The city funds a curb replacement program each year and curbs are replaced based on when the request was received (each year we start with the oldest request). There is currently a significant backlog and it may be several years before we are able to address the curb at your property.
