Description

Vehicles continually park on the sidewalk along Cain road which causes citizens with disabilities to have to go into the road to get around them. These issues have been brought to the attention of city management dozens of times in the last 3 years. Multiple of those events had an FPD car drive by and do nothing. This event 2xFPD vehicles drove by. Which would imply that driving and parking outside walk is the standard in Fayetteville. Which leads to the only conclusion that Americans with disabilities are an afterthought in this city. Dr. Wade has been the point of contact with no follow through action.
