Description

It's a little difficult to tell from the photo, but there are a number of loose/barely hanging on tree branches on this tree which borders a daycare playground and a city parking lot. I think the last windstorm made them worse. I would normally not worry about it, but it is right near the kid's playground and a loose branch might fall in there.
