Sensor is not sensitive enough to pick up bicycles going East or West on La Manga. This is a big bike route across North Dallas.

Maybe an "Idaho Stop Law" is needed - this seems to be a recurring issue, and the only real alternative to achieve equity -- i.e., replacing all of the loop detectors with more modern systems -- would be very costly.
