Christmas Tree? It is almost March... good thing it has been a very wet rainy year. Nothing like a dried out Christmas tree, a couple couches, some trash and the capacitor in an old TV piled against a house to spark a fire.
It is okay, Richmond has not burned in 149 years...

Send a truck, pick it up, and on the way back pick up the TV that is on Stony Run Parkway that has been there since the 1980's.
Or does that appear to be to much work?
