Description

This rooming house (is that even legal in the RL zone?) has a large commercial size dumpster In it's driveway - facing South Prospect Street - 24/7. This is an eyesore. Isn't there a city regulation that requires out of sight storage of trash and recycle bins? They should use trash cans instead of a dumpster and keep the trash cans in their garage except for pick up day.
