Just an update:
I noticed that someone covered up the graffiti. Thanks very much and it's nice to know that someone out there is listening. The only problem is that the cover up looks perhaps as bad as the initial scrawling. I'm wondering if someone knows a good paint that might cover the covered up patch so it's less visible.
I live on Pengilly but on the complete opposite end. It's really embarrassing when visitors turn onto our street for this to be their first impression of us. Again, thank you to the anonymous someone who took the time to do something for a stranger (and fellow Westchester neighbor).

Hi, I'm very dismayed by some graffiti markings on the fence right at the corner of Pengilly Drive and Weaver St. It is just in front of the Country Club (Bonnie Briar). May someone remove it kindly? This neighborhood -- no neighborhood -- should have such an eyesore.
