Please end the speeding on this street

I live on the next street, Ridgeview and they do the same thing on our street. Today while walking my daughter in her stroller, I was crossing the road. A car was coming to a stop sign, but she barley stopped at all. She flew past my daughter and I even though we were in plain sight. She also turned into our direction and did not use her turn signal. People need to SLOW DOWN or don't drive on side streets.
