This Street Light is maintained and repaired by Entergy Arkansas. We have reported this issue to Entergy and will monitor its progress.

A service request has been issued on your behalf to have this street light repaired. The repair is scheduled to be completed on or before 3/30/2021 if the repair is minor, such as bulb maintenance. If major repairs are needed such as wiring and/or fixture damage, the repairs may take longer. If you are able to safely mark the pole where the light is located, please do so.

The light is still not staying on consistently at night as if there is a short in it somewhere. Can Entergy take a detailed look at it?

Entergy has not confirmed fix for this repair.
I will pass on a note to Entergy that the light is still flickering.

Entergy has reissued a work order for the light with expected repair date of 4/13/21

This light has not been repaired. As of last night, it was still not staying on. It flickers on and off and stays dark for a long period of time.

Entergy was notified on 4/26/21 that the light has not been repaired per resident along Lake Valley Dr.

Work order number has been re-issued for a technician to come out and service the light on or before 4/30/2021.

As of last night the light was still not working, so unless they fixed it this morning, they have not repaired it.

Last night it was fully dark. I am wondering if they are looking at the light on the street versus the one back on the walking path by the park in the picture. We may need to highlight that for them to look at the picture.

ok, this maybe my mistake on not, noting that the light is on the walking path and not the street. If on the walking path, this may need to go thru your POA/HOA rather than the City.
If you could clarify the location is indeed the walking path and not the street side.

Noting the actual location of the light, this light is situated on the Maumelle Valley Estates POA Common Areas. As such the request will be closed and the POA will need to be notified to have the light repaired as it is outside of the City ROW and facilities.
