they are dealing drugs out of back door in alley. people are sleeping/passed out in cars in alley. people gather together in cars by back door and are loud and disturbing neighborhood. people look and act like they are on meth. numerous people on yelp and every block.com report this. i live close and see it everyday i walk to and from work. please help close this place for good.
