Description

It seems many side streets are very dark, with street lights out. I've noticed this particularly in the College Hill neighborhood in Maplewood. Very noticeable on Halloween.

Absolutely true, but the TC would rather waste money bonding for a $2MM lighted soccer stadium than address downed street lights. The situation on South Crescent is abhorrent. Just wait until another guy gets mugged. But hey, we'll have a neat empty soccer field 10 blocks south of Springfield!

Light should be fixed as the last time it went out it took many, many months. That said it has nothing to do with soccer fields, global warming, Sarah Palin or Sponge Bob
