Description
Pro-Park manages parking lots for the City of New Haven (& at great expense to the people who park there!). The lot at lower State street has mis-directed high intensity lights that need to be pointed downward to the lot, not angled up into the windows across the street. Help with this would be MUCH appreciated!! Please fix this! Thank you in advance.
PS There is no University Place Shopping Center at the corner of State & Crown.

i didn't get their email, just some unsent letters of mine... i don't live there any more and my neighbors didn't seem to mind, keep their blinds drawn or sleep toward the back. I really liked the morning light, and not heavy curtains. it seems a simple matter of just pointing the beam downward.
(and why waste all that upward light!?)

I no longer live across the street from the parking lot and no one else there seems to care, so I will close the issue. Elsewhere in town the street lights are overly bright and do not focus on the street level, but this is another issue...
