Yesterday, April 13, the SanTek vacuum truck pulled up in front of the pine straw pile from my original request. The truck did NOT collect. Today, April 14, at least one debris truck was in the neighborhood and did not collect the pine straw from my original request. Please escalate to a complaint. I will contact public works in the morning.
