Thanks, the snow pile is cleared but it has exposed the thick ice skating rink that is their sidewalk. Same for several properties on Ludlam.

Sorry, my last comment was for a different complaint. This property made an attempt to comply but has not actually made the sidewalk safe to walk. They carved passages through the snow which are regularly blocked by the resident's vehicles. There is also a great deal of ice.

Please send someone back to this property for proper followup.

Still no attempt to clear this property. I would like to hear from DPD what the follow-up steps are. At the edge of their property (you can see this in the background of the photo) there is a mound that stretches out into the street. Perhaps it is on the neighbor's property. Do I need to create a new ticket so as to motivate someone to do something about it?
