Description

O'Learly has been posting illegal sign-age across Fishtown and East Kensington. Many are too high up to easily remove.

The business is violating Philadelphia City Code Sec. 10-1200 by posting plastic corrugated "Bandit Signs" across utility poles and light fixtures.

L&I is supposed to enforce compliance with this ordinance. The fine is $300 per sign, $75 if caught in the act of erecting a sign plus costs to remove.
