Monday, March 24, 2014, a lot water was flowing from Carquinez Park, down Sandy Beach Road, toward Sonoma Blvd. Turning on to Sandy Beach Road with all of that water flowing was a surprise, mainly because the water cut a fairly wide path on the corner of Sonoma Blvd and Sandy Beach Road.
