The City of Oakland Public Works Agency has received this issue. It is registered as service request # 505135. Please check back for status updates or contact us directly at (510) 615-5566.
Code Enforcement did not have a case opened on this service request. The case was opened today. Case number 1401715. The City does not send out and inspector for graffiti, they send a letter. If after three weeks the graffiti is not removed, call back and report it again.
The system in place for PWA referring cases to Code Enforcement does not appear to work. I have yet to successfully find an open case at Code Enforcement that had been referred.
Ditto. None of my reports to SCF that OPWA claim to have forwarded to Code Enforcement have ever made it to Code Enforcement. I wrote SCF admin about this. Let's see if we can fix SCF.
