The City of Detroit DPW Street Maintenance have INVESTIGATED and REFFRED this service request. The reported pothole was found to be a cave-in by City employees. This issue has been REFERRED to Detroit Water and Sewerage for further investigation. Our goal is to reduce inconveniences and promote safe travels within the City of Detroit. This is still not fixed!! We have had this issue for almost 2 and a half years now. I had three car accidents happened to my parked cars because drivers are swerving near the cave in. During the winter time the cars slips and hits our parked car. Children are no longer able to play in the area. We have a shortage with parking in our streets. More increased traffic during all hours of the day which is dangerous for the kids in our street. As days go by the hole seems to get bigger. We are seeing much less severe repairs being fixed, but we have been neglected for year. We reached out to several different platforms to bring upon more coverage in light of what we are dealing with. For anyone who can help please reach out.
