This mailing was sent out in early March. Is there a new update to when work will resume?

I wouldn't hold your breath on this project getting completed. There have been many inquiries on this topic and the response in the mailing is their standard answer. The Town of Gilbert has abandoned the project as it starts new projects. They assume this area is safe by leaving all of the barriers up however it is far from safe and exceptionally difficult for those who need the road to travel.

Agreed Barb. It’s getting ridiculously unsafe to drive down Recker. I’m curious to see what the new canned response is going to be.
