Description

We have a major water issue that had only gotten worse and we have spent thousands of dollars to fix! The water from the homes behind us all flows to our yard causing flooding in our yard and now our basement. This is a development/city issue for ever allowing these homes without a way to route the water other than our yard. There is a culvert 2 houses down that drains the water to the storm drain. This needs to be extended to include our neighbor and our yard.
