A Warning was issued to Owner who responded. The tarp was leaves scheduled for pickup on 4/17/2021. The Pod was approved until May and will be removed after that.

The trucking company arrived today and loaded up the storage container. Did they take it away? No.... they wedged it in between their garage and the neighbor's fence. It certainly doesn't appear that it will be gone by the end of the month.(two weeks from now) Do they think you won't come back and check?

May has come and gone and (as expected) the shipping container is still there. Vesey Road is NOT an industrial park. "No trailer, storage container (excluding solid waste container) or mobile home shall be used in the Town as a residence; a place of business; or for storage or accessory use"

A inspection was done 6/29/2021 they did not remove storage container a fine will be issued and continue to be issued until removed.
