This corner of Grand and Catherine Street is always a nuisance and eyesore. With the warmer weather it is even more. Loitering by men and women creating noise/being a nuisance last night until almost 9:30 p.m. They hang out at the store as well as the on the church steps daily! The board of police commissioners voted to put up No Loitering signs, but it is never enforced. The store does not even abide by mask wearing. There's abundant trash on the entire street and graffiti on the store, drinking, gambling and public urination daily. Something needs to be done. There are nice homes on the block and working tenants/homeowners/churchgoers/children who deserve better.
