Description

This applies to nearby neighbors as well as my home. When we got rain this past week, the basement flooded, and the toilets would back up, etc., one neighbor also stated their basement flooded. There used to be a huge vacuum-like truck that would come into the neighborhood once in a while and suck the sewer, that has not happened in a VERY long time. This is NOT the first time this has happened, and now we have been renovating. This is RUINING my basement! The sidewalk in front of my home also pools up every time it rains, I am unsure if the 2 issues are connected but I would love to see the issue resolved.
