This intersection is always flooded when there’s any significant rain, my neighbors and I try to remove the leaves from the drain cover but it’s not enough. The water sometimes comes within 10 feet of my foundation walls and then my basement. Can the city please clear the storm drain of old leaves and debris. Thanks.
